#WomenResistLike tells the story of history’s forgotten heroines

How many of these 27 women do you know? #WomenResistLike celebrates the achievements of WOC and indigenous women.

Women have been clapping back against the misogyny which has stunned most everyone. From the Women’s march in DC to the upcoming Science march, we will be silent no more, despite what women like Senator Elizabeth Warren experience when they try to speak out.

In the midst of the never ending struggles, it can be useful and reassuring to look at the women who came before us and the triumphs they persisted through. The hashtag, #womenresistlike came at an opportune time, so we can reflect and draw inspiration from the women who came before us, and those standing with us.
