15 reasons why this GOP debate was the worst one yet

Here we go again.

It’s the final GOP debate before the New Hampshire primary, and the faces on stage changed a little since the last time. Mike Huckabee, Rick Santorum, and Rand Paul have all suspended their campaigns, and Carly Fiorina was excluded due to “low polling” at the Iowa caucuses.

That left us with The Donald, Sen. Marco Rubio, Gov. John Kasich, Dr. Ben Carson, Gov. Chris Christie, and former Gov. Jeb (!) Bush for the showdown.

Things got pretty scary when topics such as waterboarding, heroin addiction, and women’s reproductive rights were brought to the stage.

Some are saying this debate was Christie’s strongest moment, having thoroughly rattled Rubio. Usual loudmouths Trump and Carson were slightly toned down than usual, although not without their fair share of (painful) face-palm moments.

In case you missed it (or purposely changed the channel – I don’t blame you), here are some of the top moments:

1. When it got off to a “great” start:

 2. Awk.

3. When the phrase “eminent domain” was used roughly 17 times in one breath:

4. Everyone forgot about Carson, who was strangely quiet tonight:

5. Although when he did manage to open his mouth (and his eyes) a few times…

6. Ted Cruz and everyone else on stage scared us stiff with their ideas on foreign policy:

7. The epic showdown between Jeb and Trump:

8. And then Trump’s reaction to being booed right after:

9. These extremely frightening statements on waterboarding and torture:

10. In regards to drug addiction in America:

11. And then the topic of race was brought up for about 3 minutes:

12. When everyone on stage had a “who’s-more-pro-life-off”:

13. Same…

14. Basically.
